Client Experience Officer
Katie: Katie has a diverse career background, previously studying interior design and business administration and working across a wide range of roles. Previously working in hospitality management but wanting a change of pace into medical administration, Katie has been at our podiatry clinic for nearly 2 years.
Katie enjoys all aspects of the job and loves learning all things podiatry related. She enjoys getting to know patients and has a special interest in the patient experience. She enjoys creating educational videos for social media and optimising the image and presence of the clinic across multiple platforms.
Katie runs an online business in her spare time selling vintage goods and also creating; whether it painting, design, upcycling furniture, pottery or candle making. She enjoys gardening, music, reading and yoga.
