Client Experience Officer
Ivy joined the team after transitioning from a career in the arts, bringing with her a creative mindset and a genuine passion for working with people. She works across both clinics as part of the reception team and enjoys being one of the first friendly faces patients see when they walk through the door.
Known for her warm, caring nature and approachable personality, Ivy loves getting to know patients and making them feel comfortable and welcome. She enjoys a bit of light-hearted banter and believes that even small interactions can make a big difference to someone’s day.
Outside of work, Ivy is a busy mum of two and continues to express her creativity in her spare time. She is excited to be building a long-term career within a supportive and driven team.
