Footwear Expert & Podiatry Assistant
James: James started at the clinic in April of 2023 after moving from Sydney to Adelaide. Initially, he started on the reception team, but has since transitioned into the role of a podiatrist assistant, helping with extracorporeal shockwave, K laser and Lightforce Laser therapy and rigid sports taping.
James is dedicated to providing a personalised patient experience and making sure everyone feels welcome at the clinic. Coming from a customer service role he strives to ensure every experience is a positive one. He enjoys utilising his footwear knowledge after his previous role involved managing a number of Athlete’s Foot Stores and will happily chat to anyone about shoes for as many hours as they can handle.
Outside of work, James likes to have a hit of golf, run, make coffee and play instruments.
