What Is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a technique that’s been used for around 40 years and is now considered the gold standard in releasing myofascial trigger points. These are firm, tender nodules found in the muscle due to tightness and overworking and generally limit muscle movement and flexibility. We use very fine acupuncture type needles at our Adelaide clinics which are inserted into a tight muscle to help release it.
